Web Site – This Web site includes a special “Planning for School” section that allows students to learn about financial aid in general, not just student loans.  Links are provided for scholarship services and other informational sites including information about the steps involved in preparing the FAFSA. The site also includes comprehensive information for current borrowers about methods of repayment and default aversion.

OSLA Customer Service Representatives – When schools, parents or students have questions regarding their student loans, the customer service representatives are eager to assist them. Whether the communication is by phone, email, or a personal visit to the OSLA office, the customer receives assistance from knowledgeable, helpful experts.
