Why is Exceptional Customer Service important to you?

The majority of lenders, big and small, in the student loan industry outsource the customer service portion of a student loan. In other words, they hire servicers, like OSLA, to ensure that your loan is and the funds are delivered to you within the guidelines of your chosen school.

Additionally, the servicer is responsible for all of your customer service inquiries while you are in school. Most loans are sold to a secondary market before you graduate and begin repayment on the loan. The new owner may choose to use a different servicer right about the time you begin repayment, which could leave you frustrated and confused.
