Loan Sales Disclosure

Members of the OSLA Student Lending Network have established contracts to sell their student loans to OSLA for continued servicing. This practice allows funds to be available for additional student loans to be made by the lender. All Borrower Benefits attached to the student loans will continue to be provided by OSLA. Once purchased, OSLA does not resell the loans; we will continue to be the servicer for the life of the loan.

When you click on most of the lenders below, you will go to their Web site where you'll find general bank or credit union information. However, if you wish to e-sign for your MPN, return to the OSLA home page and click on the "E-sign your MPN" button. Thank you!
