Our
goal at OSLA is to provide student loans that cost
less through our Exceptional
Borrower Benefits while providing Exceptional
Customer Service. In order to take advantage of
the benefits OSLA offers, you will need to choose
an OSLA Student Lending Network member for your FFEL loans. All of our lenders in the OSLA Student Lending
Network offer the same interest rate and OSLA benefits.

Choosing
a lender is simple. Just pick your state and choose a lender number
from the OSLA Student Lending Network
List. Pay careful attention to the lender number you have
chosen because individual banks can have multiple lending
numbers and they may not all be serviced by OSLA. To ensure you receive the OSLA
benefits you will need the OSLA
Student Lending Network Lender Number.
You
may have been provided a "Preferred Lender List"
from your school's financial aid office. If this is the case,
look for a corresponding lender number on the OSLA
Student Lending Network List and make your lender selection when you have found a match. On a preferred lender
list there may be more than one OSLA Student Lending Network
member, should you encounter this, choose the Student Lending
Network member with which you are most familiar.
In
some instances you may receive a "Preferred Lender List"
that does not have an OSLA Student
Lending Network Lender Number on the list. If this is
so, do not panic, this is only a "preferred" list
and the lender you choose is up to you. All you have to do is select the
OSLA Student Lending Network Lender
Number corresponding to the OSLA Student Lending Network
member with which you are most familiar and provide this information
on your loan application.
