For borrowers with outstanding loans
made prior to July 1, 1993.

To qualify for a PLUS In-School Deferment the dependent student must be enrolled a minimum of half-time at an eligible institution provided that borrower was a PLUS Loan borrower on or after July 1, 1987, but before July 1, 1993.
