Loan Sales Disclosure

Members of the OSLA Student Lending Network have established contracts to sell their student loans to OSLA for continued servicing. This practice allows funds to be available for additional student loans to be made by the lender. All Borrower Benefits attached to the student loans will continue to be provided by OSLA. Once purchased, OSLA does not resell the loans; we will continue to be the servicer for the life of the loan.

Before you submit a Federal Stafford Promissory Note you should have completed the following:

  • Completed a FAFSA,
  • Received a SAR and
  • Award or certification information from the school you plan to attend.
